Your full conference ticket includes:

Our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations before February 1, 2026: Full refund minus €50 administrative fee
• Cancellations February 1-28, 2026: 50% refund
• Cancellations after March 1, 2026: No refund available
• Ticket transfers: Free of charge up to 7 days before the event

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to conferences@arc-network.com.

Yes, we offer group discounts for teams of 5 or more attendees. Group tickets are priced at €699 per person. For groups of 10+, please contact our team at Debbie.French@arc-network.com for special pricing. Group bookings must be made through our sales team.

HR Tech Europe 2026 will be held at the RAI Amsterdam, located at Europaplein 24, 1078 GZ Amsterdam, Netherlands. The venue is easily accessible by public transport and is just 10 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.

By Public Transport: The RAI station is served by metro lines 50, 51, 53, and 54. It's also accessible by tram and bus.

By Air: Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS) is 10 minutes away by train or taxi. Direct trains run from the airport to RAI station.

By Car: The venue is easily accessible from the A10 ring road. Parking is available at the venue for a fee.
